The easiest way to schedule an appointment is by sending a text message or calling (832) 622-3366. Please include your name, primary health concern, and preferred appointment date and time. If available, email your recent laboratory reports to drlihealing@gmail.com.
Patients may also submit an appointment request through our website. We’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm your appointment.
First-time patient information
For your initial visit, please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete the necessary forms. Remember to bring a list of your current medications and supplements, any relevant medical records or imaging reports, and recent laboratory results. Laboratory reports can also be emailed in advance to drlihealing@gmail.com.
Before acupuncture or bodywork, eat a light meal and stay well hydrated. Avoid arriving on an empty stomach, consuming alcohol, or eating an unusually heavy meal immediately beforehand. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the areas being evaluated or treated.
Most importantly, come prepared to discuss your primary concerns, health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals. This helps Dr. Li understand the whole picture and develop a personalized care plan.
